Our country has the great culture and tradition. Our ethical value system is widely appreciated across the Globe. Our Nation has produced great saints and literary people, who worked for the betterment of human race and educated as well as enlightened common illiterate people of the society. In recent past many of our luminaries and thinkers kept the flag of Indian philosophy flying high in the Western World. But they always emphasised on the fact that we must combine our Indian culture with modern technology for the upliftment of the poor strata of our society.

We at Examba are walking on the path shown by these great souls of India and serving the people through co-operative movement . We have been working in the filed of finance, social, cultural, agricultural, sports, religious, Women & Youth empowerment and so on. We laid the foundation of this Co-Op movement in 1991 with a small financial Institution named after Gram Devata Shri Beereshwar. Today that organisation is Shri Beereshwar Co-Op Credit Society Ltd. ( Multi State ), spread across Karnataka, Maharastra & Goa through 211 branches. We have the deposits of Rs. 3916 Crores, Loan and advances of Rs. 2923 Crores and Net profit of Rs. 40.55 Crores (31st March 2024). Today our membership has crossed 3.82 lakh. Though we have completed the Silver Jubilee, I want to humbly state here that the journey of Thirty Four years was not always hurdle free. But due to the strong support from our well wishers, members, management and staff we have reached till here. Due to the consistent hard work and professional approach, we are ISO 9001-2015 organisation.

Our aim is not just the financial transactions but also to provide other services to our members under one roof. They are like Western Union Money Transfer, Express Money, At-PAR Cheques, Safe Deposit Locker System, NEFE & RTGS, Life & General Insurance, Air, Train and Bus ticketing etc. e_Stamping facility through 49 branches is successfully operational.

We have not just provided these services but even educated rural people to make optimum use of these services.

We are one of the very few organisations those are working at micro level for women empowerment. Our Amulya Micro-Loan has helped more than 5.26lakh women to stand on their feet and lead a respectful life. Through Amulya, we are providing financial services till their doors. An amount almost to the tune of Rs. 855 Crores is distributed as the micro loan. This is a continuous process and daily we are lending and recovering an amount of the tune of Rs.50 Lakh.

As a social responsibility, past so many years we are distributing scholarships to the rural students studying from IX to XII. This scheme is in collaboration with LIC of India ( P & GS )- Dharwad. Till now we have distributed an amount of Rs. 3.42 Crores to the students.

Through Lokakalyan Worker’s Society we have enrolled more than 1100 members. We are helping them to provide scholarships, financial help for marriages, medical benefits, death claims and so on to the dependents, by taking sanction from Labour Department.

Jyoti Multi Purpose Sahakari is serving through 13 Bazars, Medical, 63 Credit Section, Cloth store & 2 Wholesale. New offices are set up for the Jyoti Management and staff at head office. The Hi-Tech conference hall and the lift facility is provided in this financial year. Construction of one more floor is in progress on top of the existing terrace. With the collaboration of Vijayavani news paper for Diwali Dhamaka Scheme of gift coupons, our many customers won various prizes that include a Hyundai Eon car, Gold-silver coins , Washing Machine and so on.

Oil Seeds Growers Society Ltd. works round the year to provide pesticides, fertilizers at reasonable rates to the farmers. Along with that we are also providing irrigation material. 4000 sq. ft. godown has come up at Nanadi Campus and is already inaugurated. We organised soil testing movie presentation with the support of by IFFCO. Chandan TV highlighted our efforts in the Agriculture training.

Our Jolle Education Society’s Complex at Nanadi is almost ready now. Girls hostel building is ready to use this year. Administrative building is also near completion. New laundry equipments are installed on the terrace of Boys hostel. Nipani campus is also taking shape and college building construction is over. School building construction work is also going on with the speed. We are making 400 mts athletic track in this campus and the ground leveling for the same is completed. We have started a new ‘Santwan’ – Mahila Sahayyawani Kendra at Nipani. Our Ashajyoti School for Mentally Challenged has won a State Award on the World Disabled Day for the meritorious service for the disabled.

Amruta Women’s Self Help Groups Federation is working for the women. More than 2000 groups are registered under the same. Many women are manufacturing various items after providing training and supplying their products to Jyoti Bazars. We help them in providing various marketing platforms like Prerana Utsav Exhibitions and so on.

We organised Prerana Utsav for the third consecutive year and which was a grand success! This year we awarded Prerana Puraskar that carried a Memento and Rs. 1,00,000/- . We organised a State Level Jr. Wrestling Competition at Nipani. More than 500 wrestlers ( Boys & Girls ) displayed their talent on the mat. We also organised Job Fairs at Nipani, Examba and Bidar and Gadag that created employments to more than 2500 students. We also organised Dist. Level Body Building competition

For the renovation of Gram Devata Mahalaxmi Mandir at Nipani we organised Janata Raja a second largest Mega Drama on the life of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj at Nipani. The profit of Rs. 12 Lakh along with donation of Rs. 3 Lakhs from our side was handed over to the Temple Renovation Committee.
